Ripple TX partnered with Telstra Health to launch RISE, an employee experience program built to unite, inspire, and rally the business for the FY26 climb ahead.

The journey began at base camp, the ‘RISE Summit’ Sales Kickoff.


Partnering with Telstra Health, Ripple TX was tasked with creating more than just a Sales Kickoff (SKO). The mission was to build a launchpad for a full year of success.

Our team took a strategic approach, designing a unifying employee experience program that would serve the business throughout FY26. RISE became a themed messaging platform to power sales enablement, internal culture, operations, marketing, and communications across the organisation.

It began with the FY26 Sales Kickoff in Sydney, where employees gathered at ‘base camp’ for the two-day RISE Summit, the official launch of the program and the starting point of an incredible journey to rise to the top together.
