Ripple TX partnered with Microsoft to deliver the Windows AI Summit, ANZ Tour, uniting partners and leading OEM and silicon sponsors. The objective was to deliver a premium, unified experience that both inspired and mobilised the ecosystem around the AI PC era.

Designed a premium, cohesive event environment across all cities, from arrival through to plenary and networking, ensuring a consistent, elevated experience for Microsoft, sponsors and delegates
Show Production & AV
Full audio, visual and lighting design and delivery across multiple venues, including large-scale LED screens, dynamic content integration and seamless technical execution to support keynote storytelling and live moments
Multi-City Roadshow Delivery
End-to-end planning and execution across Melbourne, Sydney, Auckland and Brisbane, ensuring consistency in design, content and experience while adapting to each venue and audience
Sponsor Showcase Experience
Designed and delivered a streamlined sponsor exhibition space, enabling OEM and silicon partners to showcase AI PC innovation through branded environments, demo stations and meaningful engagement
Content & Motion Graphics
Development of a full suite of visual content including LED presentations, motion graphics, session visuals and partner content integration, creating a cohesive narrative across the entire experience
Event Central & Digital Experience
Delivered a dedicated Event Central platform, providing delegates with real-time access to agenda, speakers and event information, while supporting on-site engagement and seamless navigation
Audience Engagement & Gamification
Integrated live polling and interactive moments throughout the day, driving participation, reinforcing key messages and maintaining energy across sessions
