Commvault engaged Ripple TX to deliver its APAC Partner Advisory Board 2026 and bring its most influential partners from across the region to Bali for three days of strategy, candid feedback and connection. The mandate was an intimate destination experience that balanced focused boardroom sessions with standout moments. Ripple TX owned it end to end, from resort sourcing and procurement to creative, ground logistics, local permits and on-site delivery, in under eight weeks from kick-off to show.

How we brought it to life:

Destination & Venue Sourcing: Five leading Bali resorts shortlisted, with RIMBA by AYANA locked in within a week of kick-off. One estate hosted everything, from ballroom to ocean pier.

Arrival Experience: Garlands, chilled towels and premium transfers at Ngurah Rai, then a private group check-in straight to rooms, with luggage handled behind the scenes.

Creative & Welcome Packs: A Balinese room drop of Batik sarong, notebook, tote and bamboo pen, with Batik lanyards and custom shirts carrying one look across three days.

Event Central: A mobile-first hub for agenda, speaker bios and on-site support, live before anyone landed and opened 181 times across the event.

Boardroom Sessions: Two half-day sessions in a U-shape built for open conversation, covering FY27 strategy with interactive feedback and an executive fireside chat.

Build a Bike CSR: Eight teams built bicycles from scratch on the RIMBA Lawn, each donated to children from local orphanages, who rode them away.

Sunset Dinners: Sunset drinks and dinner at Rock Bar, then one long table for 34 on KISIK Pier under fairy lights, with a live acoustic set.

Balinese Cooking Class: Five teams cooked traditional dishes with the resort's chefs in the Orchid Glasshouse, then sat down to eat what they made.

Local Compliance & On-site Delivery: Village recommendation, event permit and an on-site legal liaison secured locally, with a dedicated secretariat running the programme from bump-in to final departure.
